Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna reveals His omnipresence by explaining that He is the essence and the highest excellence within every category of existence. By identifying Himself as Ananta, Varuna, Aryaman, and Yama, Shri Krishna illustrates that the divine order of the universe is not separate from His own Supreme Consciousness. This teaching invites the devotee to shift their perception, seeing the presence of the Lord in every facet of creation rather than merely viewing the world as material objects. Through this realization, the seeker transcends mundane attachments and begins the journey toward liberation by recognizing the source of all majesty in Shri Krishna. Ultimately, this path transforms the seeker’s perspective, allowing them to witness the divine glory of Shri Krishna in every aspect of the cosmic manifestation.
