Meaning & Commentary

In this verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna reveals that His manifestations are infinite, transcending the grasp of finite human intellect. By categorizing His glories, He compassionately allows the seeker to perceive His presence within the multiplicity of the material world. When a devotee meditates upon these vibhutis, they begin to see the hand of Shri Krishna in everything, shifting their vision from worldly objects to the Divine source. This practice purifies the heart and serves as an essential bridge toward the ultimate realization of the Supreme Brahman. Ultimately, one understands that the entire cosmos is merely a fragment of His vast, eternal majesty.
