Meaning & Commentary
In this profound verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, begins to reveal the culmination of the spiritual journey. He invites Arjuna, and through him all humanity, to understand that the attainment of perfection is not an end in itself, but a bridge to the realization of the Supreme Brahman. Shri Krishna emphasizes that true knowledge is not merely intellectual, but the transformative experience of resting in the Divine essence. By surrendering to the wisdom of the Lord, the soul transcends the limitations of material existence and attains its eternal, blissful state. This transition from perfection to the ultimate truth represents the final step in the seeker's evolution toward liberation.
