एतद्योनीनि भूतानि सर्वाणीत्युपधारय। अहं कृत्स्नस्य जगतः प्रभवः प्रलयस्तथा
Transliteration
etad-yonīni bhūtāni sarvāṇītyupadhāraya ahaṁ kṛitsnasya jagataḥ prabhavaḥ pralayas tathā

Translation
Know that all living beings are born from these two natures; thus, I, Shri Krishna, am the source of the entire universe and also its dissolution.
Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Lord Krishna reveals His dual nature as both the material energy and the conscious spirit that underpin all existence. By acknowledging Shri Krishna as the origin and the final destination of everything, a seeker transcends the fear of change and impermanence. This teaching invites us to view every living being as an expression of the Divine, fostering a deep sense of universal oneness. When we align our lives with the will of Shri Krishna, we find peace in knowing that our true essence is eternal and rooted in Him. Ultimately, this insight helps us release attachment to the transient material world, grounding our consciousness in the immutable reality of Lord Krishna.
