Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna reveals to Arjuna that He is the source of all manifestations, both light and dark, residing within every quality of the phenomenal world. By declaring Himself as the gambling of the deceitful and the resolve of the righteous, Shri Krishna illustrates that nothing exists apart from His divine energy. For the spiritual seeker, this serves as a profound meditation to recognize the presence of the Supreme Lord in all experiences and actions. By perceiving the hand of Shri Krishna in every aspect of existence, the devotee transcends duality and moves toward the realization of His omnipresence. Ultimately, this understanding paves the path to moksha by anchoring the soul’s consciousness in the eternal essence of Shri Krishna.
