Meaning & Commentary
In this profound verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna declares Himself as the ontological foundation of the entire cosmos, the origin from which all existence springs and into which it eventually merges. When a seeker truly realizes that Shri Krishna is the ultimate cause and the indwelling soul of all living beings, their intellectual pursuit transforms into spontaneous devotion. This wisdom acts as the catalyst for a shift in perspective, turning one's daily actions into an act of worship. By recognizing the divinity of Shri Krishna in everything, the devotee attains spiritual equanimity and begins the journey toward liberation. Ultimately, this knowledge allows the soul to dissolve its illusion of separation and rest in the eternal grace of the Supreme Lord.
