Meaning & Commentary

In this profound moment, Arjuna perceives the Vishwarupa, the cosmic manifestation of Shri Krishna, which transcends the limitations of time and space. Shri Krishna reveals that He is the substratum of all existence, encompassing the totality of the created order within His own divine being. By declaring that He has no beginning, middle, or end, Shri Krishna asserts His eternal nature as the Supreme Brahman, the source from which all universes emerge and into which they dissolve. For the seeker, this revelation is an invitation to surrender the narrow ego and realize that the entire creation is a play of the Divine. Through this vision, one learns that liberation lies in recognizing the presence of Shri Krishna in every atom of the cosmos, leading the soul toward eternal communion with the Lord.
