एवमेतद्यथात्थ त्वमात्मानं परमेश्वर। द्रष्टुमिच्छामि ते रूपमैश्वरं पुरुषोत्तम

Translation
O Supreme Lord, O Purushottama, as You have described Yourself to be, I now wish to see Your divine and transcendental form.
Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Arjuna moves beyond the intellectual understanding of Shri Krishna’s opulence to a deep, visceral longing for direct experience. By addressing Shri Krishna as Purushottama—the Supreme Person—Arjuna acknowledges that the human form before him is the veil of the Infinite. This transition from 'knowing about' the Divine to 'seeing' the Divine represents the highest stage of bhakti, where the seeker craves personal intimacy with the Absolute. It invites every soul to move past scriptural study toward a direct, transformative communion with Shri Krishna. Such a vision destroys all doubts and aligns the seeker’s consciousness permanently with the eternal truth of Bhagwan Shri Krishna.
