Meaning & Commentary

In this profound verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna invites the seeker to elevate their consciousness from the ephemeral world to His eternal, divine presence. By fixing the mind—the seat of emotions—and the intellect—the seat of discrimination—upon Him, the devotee aligns their entire being with the Supreme Reality. This total surrender and focused meditation act as a bridge, dissolving the false ego and establishing the soul in its original, blissful state. Lord Krishna assures Arjuna that such unwavering devotion removes all duality, ultimately leading the seeker to reside eternally within His divine grace. This is the ultimate path to moksha, where the soul finds its home in the heart of the Supreme.
