य एवं वेत्ति पुरुषं प्रकृतिं च गुणैःसह।सर्वथा वर्तमानोऽपि न स भूयोऽभिजायते
Transliteration
ya evaṁ vetti puruṣhaṁ prakṛitiṁ cha guṇaiḥ saha sarvathā vartamāno ’pi na sa bhūyo ’bhijāyate

Translation
He who thus realizes the Spirit (Purusha) and Matter (Prakriti) together with its modes (gunas), though he may be living in any condition whatsoever, is not born again.
Meaning & Commentary
In this profound revelation, Bhagwan Shri Krishna unveils the path to liberation by teaching the distinct nature of the soul and the material realm. By recognizing that the eternal Spirit is separate from the shifting qualities of Prakriti, a seeker transcends the cycle of samsara regardless of their worldly circumstances. Shri Krishna assures Arjuna that true knowledge is not found in renouncing the world, but in perceiving the truth while performing one's duties. This shift in consciousness dissolves the bonds of karma, as the soul no longer identifies with the temporary manifestations of matter.
