Meaning & Commentary

In this profound revelation, Lord Krishna explains to Arjuna the internal markers of the Sattva guna, which is the quality of goodness and illumination. When the senses become gateways for divine knowledge rather than instruments of material attachment, the soul begins to reflect the purity of the Supreme. Shri Krishna teaches that this state is not merely an intellectual achievement, but a spiritual transformation where the inner light of the Atman permeates the physical frame. By aligning oneself with Sattva, a devotee transcends the darkness of ignorance and moves closer to the realization of the Divine. Thus, Yogeshwar Krishna guides the seeker to cultivate an inner environment where His eternal truth can be clearly perceived.
