Meaning & Commentary
In this profound verse, Shri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, unveils the essence of the path of devotion, Bhakti Yoga. By instructing Arjuna to fix his mind and heart upon Him, Shri Krishna invites the soul to transcend worldly attachments and establish an eternal, loving relationship with the Divine. He assures every seeker that such absolute surrender is not a burden but the highest liberation, as it leads one directly into His divine presence. This sacred promise reveals the intimate affection Shri Krishna holds for His devotees, affirming that the ultimate goal of human existence is to return to His lotus feet. It is a timeless invitation for the soul to find its eternal home in the love of the Supreme Lord.
