Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Lord Krishna reveals His omnipresence by explaining that even when devotees worship minor deities, it is His energy that facilitates the fulfillment of their wishes. Lord Krishna acts as the ultimate arbiter, sustaining the faith of the devotee regardless of the chosen path. This teaches us that while human desires may be limited and transitory, the source of their realization is always the grace of Lord Krishna. By acknowledging this, a seeker can gradually transition from seeking material boons to seeking the eternal presence of Lord Krishna. Ultimately, it is the Lord's compassion that ensures every sincere prayer, directed toward any manifestation, reaches its intended goal.
