Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna reveals the intimate characteristics of the great souls (Mahatmas) who have realized His supreme divinity. By constantly chanting His glories and maintaining firm determination in their spiritual practice, these devotees bridge the gap between the finite self and the infinite Lord. Shri Krishna emphasizes that true devotion is an active, ongoing state of surrender where the ego is laid at His lotus feet through physical and internal prostration. Such steadfastness transforms the seeker, purifying the heart until every action becomes an offering of love. Ultimately, Bhagwan Shri Krishna teaches that this union of 'Nitya-yukta'—being constantly connected—is the direct path to attaining the supreme liberation of His eternal abode.
