Meaning & Commentary
In this verse, Bhagwan Shri Krishna reveals the secret of reaching His eternal abode. He emphasizes that the mind, naturally restless, must be disciplined through the constant practice of meditation so that it remains fixed solely upon His divine form. By withdrawing the senses from worldly distractions and anchoring the consciousness in the Supreme, the seeker undergoes a spiritual transmutation. This is not merely an intellectual exercise but a total surrender of the heart, where the practitioner becomes one with the goal of their devotion. Ultimately, Yogeshwar Krishna assures us that such singular, unwavering focus leads the soul to merge into His transcendental light, granting liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
